Thanks to Miss. Corinne, our preschool children had the opportunity to be exposed to yoga exercise. She introduced basic yoga movements and poses in a way that the children could really relate to. The Cookie CornerI engaged Corinne for private lessons after having been away from my yoga practice for a few (too many) years. Unfortunately, in the interim, the RA—which had decided to make a home in my body some 14 years ago—had once again reared its ugly head, leaving me with pain, weakness and the beginnings of limited motion in my arms and shoulders. It was time to get moving.
With Corinne at my side, we addressed both my areas of weakness, as well as my strong points. She guided me through gentle stretches and postures, modifying poses to meet my needs. Corinne never pushed too hard... just slowly and steadily moving me forward... helping me gain back my strength, my flexibility, and most importantly, my confidence.
I walk taller now, I sit straighter. I take less pain medication. I feel energized. I am stronger. My body feels absolutely wonderful when I finish a session with Corinne. I could not have done it without her.

I am a woman in the seventh month of my first pregnancy. After a friend of mine heard me complaining of pain in my sciatic nerve, I was referred to Corinne. My boyfriend and I have taken part in her Prenatal Yoga class and are so happy to have come across it.
In the class, we are learning tools, both mental and physical, for making sure my pregnancy is as wonderful as it can be and that I am fully prepared for the process of labor. Corinne is a mother, and loves to share her experiences and insights learned. She knows both how to relieve pains associated with pregnancy, and to get a body ready to give birth. We also feel incredibly refreshed after a class with Corinne. It has been a great way to relieve stress and worries, and also helps us to connect with each other, and our baby. My partner is also learning what to expect during my labor, and is being prepared to work in his support role.
After just a few sessions with Corinne, I feel much more confident to approach motherhood. Her method of explaining the birth process from the Mother’s perspective is so relaxed and comforting that I would recommend Corinne’s classes to any pregnant woman, for both first-time and experienced mothers. I absolutely leave Corinne’s classes free of pain and stress.

Corinne has an intuitive sense as a teacher, carefully adjusting her classes to fit the students in them. I’ve seen her quickly bring beginners up to speed while still challenging the more advanced students in the class, always reminding students to take charge of their own practice and work to their own bodies’ limits.
She constantly encourages me to surprise myself, and she seems to sense when I’ve had enough, finding the right words to inspire me to push myself a bit harder. I’ve been interested in arm balancing and headstands but never envisioned myself doing them. Corinne is not only giving me the confidence to try these things, but she is showing me how to think of myself differently—no longer as a klutz but as a graceful and strong woman. Her classes are fun, fast-moving, and challenging. I’ve seen amazing results in my own strength, flexibility, and endurance in just under six months. Working with Corinne has recharged my commitment to yoga.
